Check out this link for Public Quail Hunting ground in Missouri. These 19 Quail Emphasis Areas are set up to provide excellent quail hunting. Of course, if the pressure is extremely high, we all know the birds are a bit more difficult to find out there. Our own regional biologist, Elsa Gallagher helped set up the monitoring on these areas when she was the Upland Wildlife Coordinator for the Conservation Department. She, along with several of our chapters, continue to assist with October Covey Counts on these areas.
As you can see, we're a little weak on content on this page. We're asking all chapters and members to submit hunting stories, tips and tricks, pictures, or whatever else you feel would fit well on this page.
